LEAD & INSPIRE

  • Territory and Account Leadership - Lead designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.

  • Leverage support organizations including Marketing, inside sales, Alliance Partners to drive net new opportunities
  • Orchestrate resources: deploy appropriate teams to execute winning sales
  • Maintain CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information

YOUR PROFILE

  • Prior experience with software/IT organizations and with a demonstrated proficiency in Enterprise and/or LOB software solutions through Solution Management, Sales, Presales, Consulting, or Business Development roles
  • SAP product experience and/or extensive software sales experience in Cloud offerings
  • Leverage a professional network resulting in market, pipeline, and revenue growth for SAP.
  • Can leverage industry-expertise throughout sales cycle, connecting with customer with shared industry language.
  • Fluency in English or any other language is an asset. Fluency in the language of local markets is a must..
  • Education bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required, MBA or equivalent degree required from an accredited university preferred.

What you'll do

  • Executing Targeted Outbound Campaigns via phone, chat and email.   • Digital Sales Development Associate generates and qualifies leads through proper means, and nurtures aging leads and opportunities, and eventually hands over fully qualified leads to their assigned account executives for further sales progress.
  • The Digital Sales Development Associate will be co-located in the Digital Hub. They will join territory and account planning to support the team and will be the future candidate pool for transition into sales roles, Plan and execute call and e-mail activities to generate leads using the most efficient means together with manager/expert.
  • Support and cooperate with Corporate Marketing, Field Marketing, Solution Specialists and Account Executives and Align with Sales colleagues for most effective territory planning and execution, covering all routes to market.
  • Generate and qualify leads through proper means (cold calling, phone campaigns, email actions, etc.) in alignment with management & Pass qualified leads to Sales resource for opportunity management and execution.

What you bring

  • Degree in Engineering or Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Strong client-facing experience and well-developed customer focus
  • Solid oral and written communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in SAP Implementation project is an added advantage
  • 6+ years of experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment
  • Preferably Digital (Remote) Experience, specifically in high volume of customer facing experience, phone-centric work
