Revenue Cloud Solution Engineer

As a Revenue Cloud Solution Engineer, you’ll be instrumental in driving customer success by showcasing the power of these solutions. You’ll partner with sales teams to design, demonstrate, and deliver compelling value propositions tailored to each customer’s outstanding challenges.

Your Impact

You will be a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them address their unique challenges and achieve their goals with the Salesforce Revenue Cloud suite. Specifically, you will:

  • Discover: Collaborate with business and technical customers to understand their difficulties and see opportunities to unlock value through CPQ, Billing, CLM, Order Management, Subscription Management, and Agentforce.

  • Design: Craft innovative solutions that showcase how Revenue Cloud automates and simplifies revenue processes, including quoting, contracting, billing, order management, and customer support scenarios.

  • Deliver: Lead compelling product demonstrations, workshops, and whiteboarding sessions that connect business needs to Salesforce solutions, highlighting innovations like CLM and AI-driven capabilities in Agentforce.

  • Enable: Educate internal teams and external audiences on emerging trends, product developments, and industry standard processes, ensuring successful adoption and implementation.

  • Digest: Stay up-to-date on the latest product roadmaps, industry news, and trends to provide insightful recommendations to our customers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience

  • Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, web technologies, and APIs

  • Understanding of accounting, billing, tax, revenue recognition, and subscription-based models

  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in complex, cross-functional environments

  • Pre-sales consulting experience, including RFP support, discovery sessions, solution design, and demonstrations

  • Strong storytelling and public speaking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise with Quote-to-Cash and Revenue Cloud solutions

  • Professional certifications (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Billing, or Financial Management certifications)

  • Experience as a solution/sales engineer for CPQ, Billing, Contract Lifecycle Management, Subscription Management, Order Management, or Financial Management systems

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Billing, Sales Cloud, or any Salesforce Industry Cloud

  • Knowledge of subscription billing, revenue recognition, and SaaS pricing models

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience for a major software domain (e.g. CRM, ERP, HR) as well as coding experience in object oriented languages.

  • Experience in guiding customers and project members in rationalising and deploying emerging technology for business use cases.
  • Work independently and as part of a distributed team and a willingness to take ownership of problems.
  • Rapidly learn new technologies as well as strong presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
  • Available to travel regionally and occasionally internationally depending on customer needs.
  • Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).
  • Proficiency in English AND Arabic languages.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • A detailed understanding of Web Services, Data Modeling, and Enterprise application integration concepts, including experience with enterprise integration tools (ESBs and/or ETL tools), and common integration design patterns with enterprise systems (e.g. CMS, ERP, HRIS, DWH/DM).
  • Ability to build and maintain key relationships with C-level / mid level and key decision makers.
  • Experience as a Senior Architect and/or CTO in a mid to large sized organisation with leadership driving an organisational transformation in a matrixed organisation.
  • Experience of defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform including coded solutions.

Required Skills/Experience:
