About the role: As advanced packaging continues to grow in importance, ensuring that PBG can offer leading advanced packaging solutions across 2D, 2.5D/3.5D, and 3D is critical. This role will be responsible for leading the ongoing analysis of the IFS Advanced Packaging roadmap vs external competitive offerings and providing regular updates to both PBG and ATTD management.
The role requires close collaboration with ATTD partners to understand internal offerings and review external research on third-party developments to ensure that PBG creates and maintains an industry-leading portfolio.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Work with TD partners to ensure the TD roadmap is aligned with competitor offerings and suggest roadmap adjustments.
Monitor market trends andadvisepackaging strategy adjustments based on market trends.
Partner with Front-End team in IFS to ensure that 2.5D / 3D / 3.5D solutions maximize internal base-die benefits

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with9+ years of experience, OR Master’s Degree with6+ years of experience, ORPHD inComputer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or other related field, with 4+ years of experience in semiconductor packaging and customer engagement
2+ years of experience in customer and client services at a senior management level, including regularly providing strategic recommendations to Intel VPs and Corporate VPs, with proventrack recordof effectively presenting insights and proposals to senior management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals,and fostering strong executive relationships.

You will be responsible for identifying then delivering the relevant marketing material and activities to support the partner scale.
In this role your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Drives partner account management teams to engage partners and support partner led sales cycles.
Design, develop and deliver relevant multi-party marketing assets and activities to support go to market sales motions by sourcing funding, engaging with internal/external parties and agencies.
Guides teams on development of partner strategy and ensure that the partners deliver desired results.
Develops partner community in the local market, with a deep understanding of the partner capabilities and solutions that wins customers.
Advises customers and commercial sales teams on the value of partners, engagement, and recommends qualified partners to support customer needs.
Grows existing product footprint as well as drive new customer engagements with partners to grow overall revenue with a focus on business outcomes.

As a successful candidate, you must possess:
Broad understanding of Intel and partner solution offerings across Hybrid Cloud, AI, Telco and 5G, Edge with experience in working across all geographies
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer skills
Proven skills to work effectively across a broad ecosystem of partners to build sales acceleration programs and drive sales pipeline.
Proven track record to negotiate and influence at senior levels across internal-external stakeholders
History of impact on short- and long-term revenue/ share and customer/partner engagement.
Willingness to excel as an empowered individual contributor and willingness to work under pressure
Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and results
Willingness to work in a highly ambiguous environment and to achieve high quality results.
Comfortable with risk taking and hungry to succeed in a fast-moving business environment.

5+ years of knowledge, understanding and experience working with different business models across Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and OEMs partners and across vertical industries such as Telco, Edge, and Financial Services, Artificial Intelligence.
