Key Responsibilities

• Perform computations and clerical duties necessary for payroll preparation, computer input, and processing exception items.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding salary deductions and compensation changes.
• Prepare, maintain, and compile various payroll records.
• Create reports for statutory requirements and third-party payments.
• Conduct accounting reconciliations for Payroll Balance Sheet accounts, including investigation and resolution of reconciliation items.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree Business Administration with Accounting emphasis
• 6+ months of experience in accounting (Subledgers)
• Intermediate English level

Preferred Qualifications:

6+ months of experience in:

• Payroll
• Business Process Management and LEAN Knowledge
• Workday knowledge and automation experience

The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:

• Driving reliable accounting, forecasting, and reporting IF revenue.
• Managing revenue close processes, as well as related systems, SOX controls and policy related initiatives.
• Managing revenue POR forecast and revenue opportunities processes by working with revenue leads and operations partners.
• Continuously improving forecast accuracy.
• Working with operations and accounting policy to determine revenue recognition treatment for deals.
• Leading broader revenue process efficiency and effectiveness initiatives.

A candidate for a temporary position with the ability to performs a variety of analyzes that help evaluate supply chain planning activities. Develops, optimizes, coordinates, and drives execution of supply chain planning schedules, forecasts, materials, build plan and capacity requirements, business and inventory strategies to meet customer requirements for supply chain areas such as, but not limited to revenue and/or warranty demands.

This role will have the following responsibilities:

• Provide regular financial support to Business Partners in CPLG, including analyzing financial information to produce forecast and analyses, tracking of spending trends, prepare budget reviews to different levels of management, support ad-hoc strategic projects, etc.

• Prepare Plan of Record (POR) in partnership with CPLG Operations and Controller on a quarterly basis and provide explanations for cycle on cycle variances.

• Prepare Close results in partnership with CPLG Operations and Finance Controller and provide explanations for variances against POR to senior finance mgmt.

• Prepare and post journal entries on as needed basis in alignment with Accounting Standards and guidance.

• Review and approve Purchasing Requisitions in partnership with Finance Controller.

• Participate in department wide initiatives as needed.

• Help define cost reduction metrics in this space; to help drive savings.
