Job Description:As a
Senior Business Analystin Human Resources Global Services (HRGS), you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing HR processes and systems that support employee services such as benefits, retirement, workforce mobility, and executive services.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develops processes and systems : Supports the employee services cycle, including benefits, retirement, workforce mobility, employee support, and executive services.
- Advises on HR principles : Fosters global understanding of HR principles, policies, procedures, and systems to maintain a positive working environment.
- Drives strategic decision-making : Executes HR business processes within Human Resources Global Services (HRGS) and collaborates with team members to improve processes and customer experience.
- Builds customer understanding : Gathers and analyzes data to understand customer organizations, their strategic drivers, pain points, and future needs.
- Leads quality issue resolution : Conducts root cause analysis, containment, recommendations, and resolution of quality issues; executes complex HR data transactions.
- Monitors and follows up : Proactively tracks changes in volume, complexity, and cadence, ensuring excellent service quality and adherence to regional goals and standards.

Qualifications:You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum qualifications:
- Education: BS/BA in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent degree with 5-7 years' of relevant experience OR MBA degree or equivalent with 3-5 years' of relevant experience.
- Relevant experience includes:
- Industrial Engineering and/or Project Management.
- Working in HR or shared services.
- Advanced English level.
Preferred qualifications:
- LSS or Data Science certification (a plus).
- Successful use cases in Gen AI or Robotics Process Automation.
- HR systems such as Workday, or others.
