Working closely with the Consumer Print Lead and various cross-functional teams, you'll support the planning, execution, and optimisation of large-scale marketing initiatives. This position offers hands-on experience, mentoring, and a clear trajectory toward full campaign management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution:
Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with local business priorities.
Support the Consumer Print Lead in coordinating multi-channel campaign elements including media brief creation, creative asset coordination, and performance tracking.
Prepare, distribute, and follow up on integrated campaign materials across digital, retail, and eCommerce platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work alongside category, sales, and channel marketing teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of campaign initiatives.
Facilitate internal communications to maintain consistency in messaging and support the overall brand narrative.
Performance Analysis & Optimisation:
Help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyse data to support iterative improvements and A/B testing initiatives.
Contribute to post-campaign evaluation reports and assist in refining future marketing strategies based on analytical insights.
Creative & Digital Asset Coordination:
Collaborate with global marketing teams and local content managers to gather, adapt, and manage creative assets.
Budget Support:
Assist in tracking marketing expenditures and coordinating budget-related tasks to ensure efficient use of resources across campaigns.
Qualifications
A recent degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Placement or internship experience in Marketing (highly preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
An analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
Energetic, proactive, and motivated to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic marketing environment.

Sell the HP commercial solutions portfolio, focusing on Print Hardware & managed Services.
Understands the client industry to identify the client’s business strategies and challenges and align the organization’s capabilities to the client’s business and IT priorities.
Builds and executes account business plans including transactional and strategic initiatives to grow the organization’s share in the accounts.
Acts as the voice of the customer within the organization, driving product improvements and enhancements based on customer feedback.
