Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting for new customers and business in addition to growing and maintaining the existing customer portfolio, and qualifying new leads to maintain identified business to support a balanced sales funnel for future sales
  • Generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, planning customer meetings, and demonstrating equipment capabilities on assigned products in assigned territory
  • Sales negotiation and deal closure at the customer, interfacing with all key buying influencers such as direct users of the product, but also department heads and CXO level personnel
  • Identify target end user accounts and create account plans in conjunction with commercial strategy
  • Develop account penetration strategies for key target and competitive accounts and communicating current market intelligence back to the business, along with field concerns, issues and requirements
  • Create and/or maintain territory/portfolio specific business plans
  • Schedule joint sales calls with relevant GE commercial teams as opportunities to coach and maintain relationships with the customer decision makers.
  • Manage customer relationships on day-to-day basis and provide transactional support
  • Simplify the point of contact between GE Healthcare (GEHC) and customer, and proactively align internal GE resources to support customers and Channel Partners (where appropriate)
  • Maintaining satisfactory after-sale relationships and development of long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs
  • Introduce and coordinate delivery of GEHC commercial programs and commitments
  • Optimize territory or portfolio assigned; leverage synergies across GEHC
  • Embrace and implement commercial management best practices
  • Maintain relationships with the senior management and the relevant team of the customer
  • Analyzes, identifies, and communicates the internal and external resource needs of the customer
  • Continuously keep both region and P&L leaders updated on the status and progress of customer opportunity and funnel
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge of GE and competitive products
  • Expected to sell point of sale service contracts, financing and drive margin though selling value and holding price
  • Responsible for forecasting based on funnel prospects. Adept in calling estimates with Risks & Opportunities.
  • Create a culture of highest integrity and compliance within commercial team. Enforce global compliance standards, collaborate with compliance manager to perform due diligence activities.
  • Ensure all opportunities are up to date and captured in Sales Force opportunity management tool.
  • Maintain and nourish relationships with KOLs in the assigned business segment/territory

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • At least 6+ years’ experience in Healthcare related sales or marketing with solid account management methodology exposure
  • Successful experience in multi-stakeholder environment
  • Strong ethics, integrity and compliance orientation
  • Fluent in English and local language
  • Strong co-ordination, commercial, influencing & negotiation skills
  • Customer focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to internal and external customer needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical & clear-thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex issues into simple solutions & messages.
  • Takes initiatives, accountability and responsibility for own work.
  • Must be highly motivated, results driven, energetic and capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.

You will manage all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. You will impact departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures.You, together with GE Service Sales and Service Channel Partner and Director of Services, will drive the in-country strategy for service delivery/growth and service compliance. You will manage DI Engineer in the region and support channel partners service operations with a rigorous working mechanism to drive operation excellence and good KPI.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Team leadership and operation excellence driving with allocated territory:
    • Deploy Fundamental Rigor: Provide leadership and support for good KPI, learning delivered by each Field Engineer (FE) in the team.
    • Manage team members to comply with EHS, service compliance and processes
    • Ensure the discipline and proper attitude of Field Engineer in the team
    • Execute regular operating mechanism for performance/operational reviews
    • Schedule EMC, FMI, PM, PM and installation for the best service delivery
    • Collaborate to project management team, sales team, region & Channel Partners for a best fixed installation schedule.
  • Problem solving
    • To be the 1st escalation level of team member for daily operation including but not limited to problem on device, problem on site, customer’s concerns, other functions’ concern…
    • Be incharge of the contact point to customer / other functions for CSO related to technical issue
  • People/Team Development:
    • Formulate plans and implementation for identifying, developing and managing new FE
    • Develop technical & personal competency for new FE by leveraging synergy of experience FE, knowledge base, and internal connections
  • Contribute Growth Business:
    • Ensure the service delivery for in-country service sales growth strategy with service sales team & channel partners
    • Enhance the utilization of channel partner service delivery to optimize the service delivery where appropriate
  • Other responsibilities
    • Ensure reasonable availability on daily basic for team performance optimization, and for feedback to other function, CP & customers.
    • After receving the confirmation of HPM, provide SRC check date (if needed) & tentative installation schedule in the following day. Ensure 100% onsite check (if no use HPM report)
    • Manage the delivery time of HBS within 10 working days maximum
    • Manage PM implementation for no PM pending over 1 month and no PM overdue after warranty /MSA period.
    • Attend all relevant tcon with regional team
    • Acknowledge the status of daily job of team members & proper update to Admin/CSM for further
    • Assist Connectivity Champion to achive the connectivity target.
    • KPI fullfilment: based on the target of ASEAN service quality.

Required qualifications

  • Diploma Qualified to Degree level or equivalent. Minimum Diploma holder, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, BioMedical Engineering or equivalent
  • Technical analytical skills. 2-4 years Field Services experience.
  • Experience in CT, MRI, X-ray, Nuclear Medicine is a plus.
  • Profiency in English and local language.
  • High work standards and quality.
  • Initiative and motivation.
  • Excellent communications, listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, able to think outside the box

    • Develop their understanding of the customers changing clinical and/or operational issues and challenges.
    • Create viable product and service configurations which meet customer needs effectively, while achieving optimum margin for GE HealthCare.
    • Differentiate assigned product and service offerings during the various stages of the sales process, effectively using GE resources and approved marketing and promotion materials to actively support the customer through their decision making process towards a successful outcome for GE HealthCare.
    • Represent the company at relevant medical conferences and technical exhibitions to promote product/solution/services and company.
  • Opportunity management:
    • Identify and create new opportunities and work with sales / service leaders and account teams (where applicable) to continuously increase prospect and opportunity funnel.
    • Support and manage tender/bid processes including the needs qualification, vendor selection, quotation and closure of their product/solution/service opportunities to meet sales and margin targets as well as to maximize customer satisfaction in the assigned territory.
    • Create and maintain opportunities in the applicable sales CRM tools.
    • Ownership of opportunities and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs including service contract offerings.
    • Estimate date of delivery to customer based on knowledge of the company's production and delivery schedules ensuring fulfillment of the order is according to customer expectations and enhances customer satisfaction.
  • One GEHC teamwork:
    • Contribute to account plans for accounts covered by account managers/executives.
    • Educate account team members on their product/service/solution strategy and offerings where applicable.
    • Collaborate with and leverage subject matter experts and other resources within GEHC channels to build relationships and secure business.
    • Share and follow-up identified leads to other product lines within own accounts and or One GEHC accounts.
  • Compliance:

Required Qualifications
