As a senior engineer in the client engineering Incident Response team, you will be accountable to manage the incidents and troubleshoot highly complex technical problems around M365 & O365 platforms, Identity and Access Management, Application Deployment and Delivery to our global customer base.

You will:

• Troubleshoot complex, intricate technical problems to ensure optimal service levels, work on multiple incidents and projects simultaneously
• Act as a point of escalation in complex, critical instances and may delegate tasks to peers as required, create content for technical solutions which contributes to internal knowledge bases and departmental documentation.
• Communicate with cross-functional and inter-department teams including executives and managerial audiences, support vendor escalations through direct vendor contact.
• Respond to incidents using a variety of communications platforms, collaborate with Team members to enhance the customer experience.
• Consider potential security impacts to the customer and Dell when delivering services, deliver great customer experiences at every opportunity.

• Undergraduate degree with 4-6 years of related professional experience, or equivalent experience, experience using Service Now to manage incidents, problems, and requests
• Basic experience for large complex organizations including:
  • Intune & SCCM (Applications, Patches, OS)
  • Applications, Printer installations and Troubleshooting
  • Active Directory (Users, Groups, Objects, DNS, UPN etc.)
  • Identity and Access Management
  • Office 365 Applications (Outlook, Teams)
  • Azure Infrastructure
• Experience with advanced trouble shooting, ability to document processes and lifecycle management of knowledge base documents.
• Ability to set task priority and dynamically adjust as the customer requires
• Willingness to participate in a customer support 24/7 and On-Call rotation.

As a client engineer you will be responsible for managing the client IT infrastructure and environment, you will be involved in troubleshooting complex problems, working on priority incident resolutions and maintaining the client’s IT infrastructure. You will work with multiple resolver groups within the Managed Services teams to ensure incidents are root caused and resolved.

You will:

• Troubleshoot highly complex, intricate technical problems to ensure optimal service levels

• Strong organization and planning skills to contribute to the successful delivery of program objectives, experience with troubleshooting of end user devices / user issues
• Ability to document processes and lifecycle management of knowledge base documents, ability to set task priority and dynamically adjust as the customer requires
• Willingness to participate in a customer support 24/7 and On-Call rotation.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and automating CI/CD workflows, supporting cloud-native deployments, and enhancing platform automation across environments like KOB, PKS, and VMs. This role demands strong scripting skills (Python preferred), a solid understanding of DevOps practices, and a collaborative approach to solving deployment and operational challenges..

As a Solutions Architecture Engineer 2 (VDI & IAM) you will be responsible for Troubleshooting and administering the Environment including management of the Azure Hyper-V, SCCM & Intune, provide support, troubleshoot issues related to IAM, AD & managing and administering the SCCM\MECM\Intune platforms.

You will:

• Provide Azure Hyper-V Support, creates. Updates and Manages Hyper -V VDI Infrastructure
• Troubleshoots, license, policy, and application issues on VDI. Patch Management, Image Management, Application Management, Mobile Device Management
• Work on Identity & Access Management, Active Directory related incidents and requests. Contribute to the Quality & Functionality assurance checks of developed applications.
• Assists other Client Engineers & Analysts with complex problems, Join customer troubleshooting sessions. Identifies areas of Process improvement and assists with team\project level initiatives
• Stays current on technical specifications for hardware/software requirements of Dell Technologies.Contributes to daily\weekly project update meetings discussing about open incidents, resolutions setup etc.

• 4-7 years of related experience in a professional role with a bachelor’s degree, strong experience of managing Azure VDI, Intune & SCCM environment & Troubleshooting L2\L3 incidents on VDI, Intune, SCCM, AD, IAM issues.
• Good writing skills and demonstrated ability to document processes for the customer & internal team, willingness to participate in a customer support 24/7 and On-Call rotation.

• Experience working on Entra ID, Hybrid environment and AD Connect/Sync issues
