What You'll Do
  • Creation of channel marketing plans to ensure alignment of all marketing strategy and priorities
  • Manage partners marketing budget and their plans.
  • Support and Guidance of partners execution and ensuring marketing budget/activities are driving the right ROI
  • Ensure operational excellence in all demand generation activities and marketing activity – this will involve deep collaboration with all internal stakeholders to ensure activity is measurable and supports company goals.
  • Train and mentor our partners to execute a high-touch, highly-personalized Account Based Marketing strategy with tactics beyond just events but encompassing the full stack of marketing activities.
  • Provide oversight and follow-through to ensure leads generated are qualified and flow through the inside sales organization to our sales teams.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in channel marketing
  • Proven experience with channel partners in tech field.
  • Experience with Account based marketing (ABM)
  • English and Arabic Speaker; candidate must be based in KSA.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with tech events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Technical Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Cisco’s products and services, industry standard methodologies, and new technologies. Apply this knowledge to create innovative solutions that give the company a driven edge.
  • Cross Architecture Attitude:Leverages a cross-architecture approach in solutions development with mid to high level technical expertise to create journey maps and multi-year roadmaps for our customers.
  • Develop & Design Artifacts: Build detailed solution documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and cost estimates. Ensure that all partners have a clear understanding of the proposed solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with the sales and client management teams to understand client needs, conduct requirements gathering, and build strong client relationships.
  • Consultative Selling:Demonstrates consultative selling motions with confidence via designs, blueprints, architecture frameworks, systems, or products (the solutions) and aligning them to the customer’s desired business outcomes.
  • Proactive Demand Generation: Hunt for deals, aligning activities with Sales team for Cisco's Lifecycle selling and transformational opportunities in strategic accounts.
  • C Suite Engagement:Excellent executive level communication and presentation skills to simplify conveying the value of underlying sophisticated solutions. Bridging the gap between the technical team and the executive leadership.
  • Industry Expertise:Demonstrates industry specific knowledge for contextualizing solutions to the vertical.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Shown leadership in crafting and governing sophisticated, multi-architecture solutions that span regional or global customer engagements.
  • Experience driving operational excellence at scale, including funnel governance, pipeline health metrics, forecasting discipline, and analytics-driven insights to influence business outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in Cisco and third-party technologies, with a strong understanding of architectural interdependencies and transformation roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives (CIO/CTO/CDO) across verticals, with a focus on crafting strategic digital transformation agendas.

Executive Relationship with Partners
  • Build C-level relation & engagement with Partners executives and be capable of articulating the value of Managed Services.
Channel Programs & Operations
  • Work on enrolling all MSP’s in the Provider Program
  • Work on getting more Cisco Powered Services and hence more Premier & Gold provider partners
  • Track MS deals and make sure partners/Disti’s flag them on CCW.
  • Help the partner transform to meet the new requirements of the Cisco 360 Channel Program
  • Emphasize the value of MS in Cisco 360 channel program
Enablement
  • Partner Enablement & awareness (Provider Program/Cisco 360, MS offers, regular technical sessions…etc)
  • MS Deal flagging enablement
Sales Acceleration
  • Drive Sales Acceleration for all launched services in coordination with EPRS MS Team
  • Track the pipeline & MS Forecast/booking for the designated partners
  • Support in driving activities using MDF to grow partners MS business
Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ Years of Experience in Sales, Business Development, Alliance/ Service Creation and management.
  • Ability to work closely with regional partners on specific partner aspects of technology and services solutions business model and with Cisco GTM teams for the early field engagement in relevant theatre.
  • Ability to work with sales and channels team to prospect, engage & close partner led sales opportunities.
  • Previous experience in crafting, on boarding and developing complex partnerships and joint business plans that could span the Cisco value chain. Plus experience in crafting and participating in governance structures for ongoing management of these relationships.
  • Previous partner business development experience including joint business plans, negotiation of legal agreements (Licensing models, joint resale agreements, Joint development and IP agreements, etc. as vital)
  • Knowledge of regional go to market models and ability to map partner’s GTM structure with Cisco for an integrated selling effort
Preferred Qualifications
  • Financial Modelling Skills for business case development and return on investment.
  • Ability to align disparate business models and build new ones as needed.
  • Ability to engage and empower highly skilled BD, Engineering & market functions in matrix model

  • The PAM will work towards Partners offering Cisco as the first brand preference in all opportunities across verticals.
  • The PAM will proactively work with the AM team and ensure that the Partners are engaged in all large bids/tender. They will work closely with the Cisco account teams and will be advocate for partners within Cisco.
  • Drive New Service creation & managed Services opportunities on Cisco Architectures
  • Drive Revenue growth based on the country plan.
  • Accelerate current Cisco Architecture revenue & attach-rate
  • Focus on regional teams and plan and implement interlocks with the teams.
  • Crafting Programs / Campaigns for incentivizing partner’s account teams selling Cisco.
  • Aligning with Cisco Technical team to prepare an Architecture Enablement Plan to build awareness/education and updates
  • Apply expert business and industry knowledge to lead business and market development activities.
