Your ImpactThe Managed Services Partner Account Manager will be responsible for:
Executive Relationship with Partners- Build C-level relation & engagement with Partners executives and be capable of articulating the value of Managed Services.
Channel Programs & Operations- Work on enrolling all MSP’s in the Provider Program
- Work on getting more Cisco Powered Services and hence more Premier & Gold provider partners
- Track MS deals and make sure partners/Disti’s flag them on CCW.
- Help the partner transform to meet the new requirements of the Cisco 360 Channel Program
- Emphasize the value of MS in Cisco 360 channel program
Enablement- Partner Enablement & awareness (Provider Program/Cisco 360, MS offers, regular technical sessions…etc)
- MS Deal flagging enablement
Sales Acceleration- Drive Sales Acceleration for all launched services in coordination with EPRS MS Team
- Track the pipeline & MS Forecast/booking for the designated partners
- Support in driving activities using MDF to grow partners MS business
Minimum Qualifications- 7+ Years of Experience in Sales, Business Development, Alliance/ Service Creation and management.
- Ability to work closely with regional partners on specific partner aspects of technology and services solutions business model and with Cisco GTM teams for the early field engagement in relevant theatre.
- Ability to work with sales and channels team to prospect, engage & close partner led sales opportunities.
- Previous experience in crafting, on boarding and developing complex partnerships and joint business plans that could span the Cisco value chain. Plus experience in crafting and participating in governance structures for ongoing management of these relationships.
- Previous partner business development experience including joint business plans, negotiation of legal agreements (Licensing models, joint resale agreements, Joint development and IP agreements, etc. as vital)
- Knowledge of regional go to market models and ability to map partner’s GTM structure with Cisco for an integrated selling effort
Preferred Qualifications- Financial Modelling Skills for business case development and return on investment.
- Ability to align disparate business models and build new ones as needed.
- Ability to engage and empower highly skilled BD, Engineering & market functions in matrix model
- Technical knowledge i.e. Basic Understanding of networking technologies and customer benefits (Key Technologies include Network, Wireless, Security, Mobile and Converged infrastructures)
Must be based in KSA already and be fluent in Arabic.
