Craft marketing strategy for credit card acquisitions, from building consideration through conversion

Partner with internal and external creative and marketing technology teams to build and scale marketing tactics and optimization to drive lifts in KPIs, particularly conversion metrics

Write clear and concise creative briefs, test documents, test plans and strategies, driving continued performance and optimization against KPIs across channels

Responsibilities:

As a Talent Assessment team member, you’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition partners and other I/O Psychologists to design and deliver innovative selection strategies to support our shared business goals.
