Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Oversee the execution of the operational marketing plan, make key decisions, and resolve competing priorities.
- Market Insights: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape, ensuring the product meets the unique challenges faced by small businesses, such as limited access to credit and delayed financial insights.
- Program Setup and Launch: Lead the setup, positioning, value props and launch of the credit product, ensuring seamless integration with QuickBooks and other Intuit products.
- Loyalty and Benefits: Develop and manage loyalty programs and benefits that enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- Acquisition: Implement strategies to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth, with an aggressive target
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Customer Experience: Enhance the customer experience by gathering and acting on customer feedback.
- Revenue Targets: Set and achieve revenue targets by working with cross functional partners, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic partnerships to expand the reach and value of the product
