  2. Project Management:

    • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between business and technical teams.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Business Analysis:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for AI initiatives.

    • Foster a culture of innovation and strategic thinking within the PTP service line by promoting the benefits of AI and automation.
  5. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
    • Apply technical knowledge to assess and recommend new AI tools and platforms that can drive innovation.
    • Escalate issues and coordinate resources to resolve challenges in AI implementation.
    • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and suggest areas for improvement.
    • Foster a continuous improvement mindset, encouraging the exploration of emerging AI technologies and methodologies.
  6. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed project documentation, including business cases, project charters, and change requests.
    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and business impact.
    • Ensure comprehensive records of project activities, decisions, and lessons learned are maintained for future reference.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field, with a focus on AI and automation.
    • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering AI/automation projects within a corporate environment.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Advanced degree or certification in AI, Project Management, or a related discipline is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of AI concepts, particularly in the context of business applications.
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).

  • user account and access management for JARVIS system, utilizing both JARVIS and IT Remedy systems.

  • Data Source Assessment – Evaluate and analyze data from various systems (SAP,SFDC, SuccessFactors, etc.) based on business requirements, ensuring the right datais leveraged for reporting and analysis.

Required Qualification:

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, detect anomalies, and solve complex data-related issues.
  • Experience supporting data-related projects, including timelines, stakeholder coordination, and deliverable tracking.
