This role serves as the central data governance and stewardship lead for JARVIS system, supporting the APAC commercial organization and related functions. Key responsibilities include ensuring data accuracy through audits and reconciliations across systems (SAP, SFDC, SuccessFactor, and JARVIS), managing data access and privacy compliance, and providing first-level user support. The role also involves business analysis - engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and translating them into actionable technical deliverables to support ongoing system enhancements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- user account and access management for JARVIS system, utilizing both JARVIS and IT Remedy systems.
- Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering – Engage with stakeholders to gatherand analyze business requirements, translating them into technical deliverables toenhance the JARVIS system and support ongoing projects.
- Data Source Assessment – Evaluate and analyze data from various systems (SAP,SFDC, SuccessFactors, etc.) based on business requirements, ensuring the right datais leveraged for reporting and analysis.
- Data Audits & Reconciliation – Perform random audits of data from various sourceswithin APAC, ensuring data accuracy through reconciliation between final reports andsource systems
- Data Quality Maintenance – Monitor data quality through feedback and metrics,addressing issues and implementing corrections as needed.
- Data Usage & Insights – Share best practices for data usage across teams andprovide actionable insights to improve decision-making.
- Compliance & Security – Ensure data compliance and security, safeguardingsensitive information and providing regulatory guidance.
- Foster a diverse, inclusive workplace and collaborate effectively as a team player.
Required Qualification:
- 2-4 Years experience required in SQL, AWS, Salesforce, Tableau, or equivalent data and analytics tools
- Strong hands-on experience in data management and analytics report creation.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, detect anomalies, and solve complex data-related issues.
- Experience supporting data-related projects, including timelines, stakeholder coordination, and deliverable tracking.
- Proactive in identifying and implementing improvements related to workstream.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders, especially in translating data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Comfortable working in international, multilingual environments.
- Willing to align with APAC time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales Operation is an advantage.
- Knowledge of regional data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA) and compliance best practices.
- Familiarity with Process controls and documentation (e,g, DTPS, SOPs).
