Marketing Strategy Execution: Implementation & execution of marketing plans , product launch execution with physicians & sales team
Product launch execution - Track brand performance of product, analyze issues and plan actions in line with defined AOP through market analysis, research, competition benchmarking , working with customers & sales team
KOL management – working with sales team in the field, cathlab visit, meeting customers, onboarding / Building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including focus on KOLs, clinicians and experience or aptitude to drive quick integration. Fosters/leverages strong collaborative relationships
Implementation of marketing programs , training programs in collaboration with medical affairs & training team.
Business analytics / MIS – publishing of dashboards wrt to product performance, work with supply chain team for PLC management.
Product Life Cycle Management: Execute product plans in line with overall objectives; execute new product launches as required in coordination with cross functional teams; plan and monitor inventories in line with sales requirements; highlight variances and track & report portfolio performance.
Marketing Communications: Support development of key marketing communications around the portfolio, working with agencies.
