As aat Artlist, you'll play a key role in driving our product’s growth by analyzing and optimizing our most critical conversion funnels. You'll provide actionable insights focused on our pricing page and core user journeys to directly impact business success. In this critical role, you'll work closely with product teams to test hypotheses, validate strategies, and ensure our product keeps growing in a competitive market.


Wake Up For This

  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to optimize core funnels, pricing, and CTAs.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of the user journey to identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization.
  • Develop and manage key metrics to measure business performance and product health.
  • Partner with product squads and strategic stakeholders to define and prioritize growth initiatives.
  • Translate complex data findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Build and maintain dynamic dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Serve as an analytical expert on user behavior, monetization, and conversion strategy.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a product analyst, with a strong focus on growth and experimentation.
  • Proven, hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests in a data-driven environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative to drive business impact.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into strategic business decisions.
  • Advanced SQL skills and a deep understanding of data analysis techniques.
  • Experience defining and validating event-tracking specifications (event specs) for product analytics.
  • Solid foundation in statistics and its practical application in A/B testing.
  • Excellent English communication skills , both written and verbal.
  • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics , or a related field.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) - an advantage.
  • Knowledge of product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) - an advantage.

You'll play a crucial role in supporting our revenue operations, guiding strategic processes, and providing essential direction.

The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you'll manage Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success data, crafting dashboards, SQL queries, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Project Management & Prioritization: Work with the Insights team to understand key business challenges and opportunities. Prioritise projects for the Systems team based on potential impact and alignment with strategic goals. Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear and concise documentation for all projects and initiatives. Prepare regular reports on project status, key metrics, and performance against goals.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Analyze current sales processes, identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and design and implement streamlined workflows. This involves working with the Systems team to ensure that tools and technologies support efficient processes. Identifying growth opportunities, and optimising existing sales approaches.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the Insights team to understand data trends and translate them into actionable recommendations. Partner with the Systems team to ensure sales tools and technologies are aligned with business needs. Collaborate with sales leadership and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices. Use this information to identify new growth and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience: In project management, ideally within a sales/revenue operations or related environment.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
