In this role, you’ll lead the evolution of the Expert Marketplace platform and play a key role in defining the future of how customers discover and engage with Monday experts. You’ll work closely with design, engineering, marketing, GTM stakeholders, and partnership teams to shape both the product and the ecosystem around it—ultimately helping to create a unified experience for all partner types.

About The Role

In this role, you’ll lead the evolution of the Expert Marketplace platform and play a key role in defining the future of how customers discover and engage with Monday experts. You’ll work closely with design, engineering, marketing, GTM stakeholders, and partnership teams to shape both the product and the ecosystem around it—ultimately helping to create a unified experience for all partner types.

  • Establish and drive a bold product vision for the Monday Experts platform, focused on delivering seamless, personalized experiences for both customers and partners.
  • Build and execute a roadmap to scale the platform into a one-stop solution serving tens of thousands of customers and a growing partner ecosystem.
  • Design intuitive user interfaces and journeys for a variety of users (e.g.,enterprise/MM/SMB, High touch/Low touch), improving discovery, engagement, and conversion.
  • Build tools and pathways that help certified partners gain visibility, showcase expertise, and connect with qualified customers.
  • Leverage behavioral data, market insights, and testing to continuously improve platform performance, match quality, and user satisfaction.
  • Act as the product liaison across engineering, design, GTM, partnerships, and business development to ensure end-to-end success.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) like match conversion rate, engagement levels, NPS, and partner success metrics.
  • Continuously gather feedback from users and partners to inform prioritization, product direction, and innovation.
Your Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, marketplace, or partner ecosystem environments.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and owning product development end-to-end.
  • Data-driven and customer-obsessed, with strong discovery and validation skills.
  • Strong UX intuition and attention to detail—you care deeply about the user experience.
  • Experience working on partner-facing tools, marketplaces, or demand generation is a big plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in a cross-functional, fast-moving setting.
  • A builder with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive projects independently.
  • A willingness to embrace change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with an excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills that is able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
