• Design, develop, implement, and monitor sales processes and system integrations
• Support users with troubleshooting, data fixes, reports, dashboards, and training
• Design and implement custom reports and dashboards
• Provide Salesforce maintenance and support "Lead-to-Closed Won" assistance
• Creating and managing automation tools to increase sales process efficiency
• Prepare data sets for quarterly, and annual business reviews, reviewing key performance indicators and goals
• Identifying customers and sales opportunities and areas for optimization by analyzing sales data and consumer trends
• Create and maintain system documentation, including functional and technical specifications, user guides, and training materials
• Stay updated on new tools and features and recommend adoption strategies
• Tech stack support - Salesforce, Outreach, Monday.com, and other business applications

• 1+ years of sales/business operations experience or a similar position
• Experience building custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, flows , approval processes, and email alerts in Salesforce - MUST
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems like Outreach, Monday.com, and other business applications - MUST
• Experience building and monitoring workflows with Zappier/Workato - Advantage
• Tableau knowledge - must
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and drive processes end-to-end from concept to execution
• Outstanding problem-solving skills
