Design, develop, implement, and monitor sales processes and system integrations
Support users with troubleshooting, data fixes, reports, dashboards, and training
Design and implement custom reports and dashboards
Provide Salesforce maintenance and support "Lead-to-Closed Won" assistance
Creating and managing automation tools to increase sales process efficiency
Prepare data sets for quarterly, and annual business reviews, reviewing key performance indicators and goals
Identifying customers and sales opportunities and areas for optimization by analyzing sales data and consumer trends
Create and maintain system documentation, including functional and technical specifications, user guides, and training materials
Stay updated on new tools and features and recommend adoption strategies
Tech stack support - Salesforce, Outreach, Monday.com, and other business applications
Requirements
1+ years of sales/business operations experience or a similar position
Experience building custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, flows , approval processes, and email alerts in Salesforce - MUST
Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems like Outreach, Monday.com, and other business applications - MUST
Experience building and monitoring workflows with Zappier/Workato - Advantage
Tableau knowledge - must
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and drive processes end-to-end from concept to execution
