PSCM- Assistant Director

  • As a PSCM Assistant Director, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on process controls that encompass monitoring of employee schedules, charged hours, and overbookings. Your role will be pivotal in establishing process and systems to monitor resourcing and charging protocols and promoting employee wellness and productivity.

Your key responsibilities

  • In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Monitoring all employee schedules, charged hours and overbookings for Client Serving professionals for your respective service line or business span.
  • Highlighting observations from defined protocols and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with experience management leaders, PSCM SME team, Talent team, and business leaders to implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Generating insights from data that can be utilized by business and EM leaders for informed decision-making.
  • Working with the data and reporting team to provide thought leadership in creating dashboards tailored to business requirements.
  • Establishing process quality control protocols and systems to systematically address observations.
  • Building governance systems to monitor, alert, and act on insights derived from dashboards.
  • Creating communication systems for transparent communication with the leadership team to alert and seek support.
  • Partner with PSCM SL EM leads and SME Leads to define and KRAs and goals for the team – Implement and track to closure.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in resource management or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of workforce management principles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
