Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of legal experience advising on international legal entity structures, corporate governance, and statutory reporting compliance
  • JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience across a range of international jurisdictions with subsidiary formation, intercompany agreements, capital contributions, dividends and other distributions, corporate reorganizations, financial statements audit support, powers of attorney, and liquidations.
  • Sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects under time pressure
  • Ability to clearly organize and inform through concise written and verbal communications
  • Excellent ability to analyze problems and come up with practical solutions
  • Strong collaboration skills to successfully work across business functions and geographies
  • Self-starter who is curious, loves technology, and thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with corporate legal matters in Asia Pacific jurisdictions a plus
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $193,000 and $290,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
