The SBDM will influence and build relationships with top dealer groups to drive revenue and increase auto selection coverage. This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to influence a diverse set of stakeholders across multiple teams.*This role will require business travel to seller locations and industry events*.Key job responsibilities

- Experience managing teams
- 10+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Experience using Salesforce reporting and metrics to manage and predict team performance
- Experience engaging and presenting to senior executives (CXO level).
- Experience working with emerging technologies
