As a Junior Consultant in our Strategy and Transactions team, you will play a key role in helping clients shape their strategic direction, improve operational efficiency, and successfully navigate transformation initiatives. You will work closely with senior consultants and project leads, contributing to analysis, solution development, and client-facing activities. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to grow their consulting skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing client challenges and gathering relevant business data to support strategy and transformation initiatives.

• Support senior team members in developing and presenting strategic recommendations based on market trends, internal data, and best practices.

• Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential risks or opportunities for clients.

• Participate in workshops, interviews, and meetings with key stakeholders to gather insights and refine solutions.

• Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and client-facing use.

• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure alignment and integration of solutions.

• Monitor the implementation of client solutions, ensuring timely and accurate execution of agreed-upon deliverables.

What we expect

• Min. bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (a Master’s degree is a plus).

• Experience in consulting, strategy, or business analysis is a plus

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize data into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage and knowledge of AI tools is a big plus.

• A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in team environments.

• A keen interest in business strategy, innovation, and organizational transformation.
