Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python, etc.).
- 7 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a technical management, computer science, or engineering field.
- Experienced with managing collaboration across business and technical stakeholders internally and with external partners.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, C++, REST APIs, SQL.
- Experience in developing mobile apps or games.
- Experienced in the commerce industry with billing/payment systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving and management skills, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
