  • Working with the Director of Communications and alongside key stakeholders to devise and deliver communication programs for strategic communications projects that support the firm’s strategic priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders, providing ongoing advice and constructive challenges.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills to deliver multiple projects for various stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner.

Internal and External Communications:

  • This role encompasses both internal and external communications. The successful candidate will be expected to craft written communications that update and inform a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and audiences. This may also include script writing to support internal events.

Issues Management:

  • Collaborate with the Business Resilience team to respond to situations requiring a coordinated communications response across the UK firm.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in building strong relationships and influencing senior business leaders and peers.
  • Knowledge and experience across a range of internal and external communications channels, with enthusiasm for creating innovative solutions and engaging methods.
  • Excellent writing capabilities including scripts, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong team player and influencer, able to collaborate with others to develop and implement impactful communications that support business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in professional services, matrix organizations, or large corporates.
  • Proven track record in delivering communications plans that effectively engage audiences.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

  • Experience working at EY, with an understanding of the model and a network within the firm.
