Manage commercial engagements with suppliers and subcontractors for medium-large scale with high level of complexityEngineering projects, such as constructions, building control systems and others.
Lead commercial negotiation processes with contractors and suppliers, including price comparison, payment terms approval, and deal closure.
Supervise and monitor the execution of contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with commercial and legal terms.
Responsible for managing engagements, optimizing costs and supply conditions.
Collaborate with internal departments: Legal, Engineering, Finance and more.
Perform data analysis for optimal management of negotiants and engagements.
What should you have?
At least 3 years of experience in contract management, procurement, commercial engagements or B2B Sales in Real Estate – Mandatory.
Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers, including negotiation management – mandatory.
High analytical skills .
High complexity Negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Office applications, including high-level Excel skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with attention to detail and organization.
Experience working with ERP systems.
Bachelor's Degree or higher education in relevant field.
Excellent English proficiency –reading\writing\speaking.
