Business Performance – Finance Architecture and Transformation – Oil & Gas - Senior Manager - O2C
Our objective is to provide clients with a unique business perspective on how to transform the finance function - reducing cost base, increasing efficiency and quality of information, and improving decision-making through the following core areas: finance operating model design; business performance management and reporting, shared services design and implementation; finance process improvement, finance system implementation and outsourcing consulting. We've shaped a global ecosystem of CFOs, controllers and other accounting and finance executives to help our clients enhance the value they are adding to their enterprise.
The opportunity
As part of our Finance Transformation Oil and Gas team, you will use industry experience working with senior leadership teams in domestic and large multinational companies. With a strong focus on Order to Cash (O2C) processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Billing, Credit, Collection, Cash Application, and Dispute Management, and expertise in Order to Cash systems such as High Radius and OTC SAP functions including SD and FSCM.
You will combine your finance capability with program and change management ability to implement and embed improvements and deliver sustainable value.

Your key responsibilities
As a Finance Architecture and Transformation Manager, you will lead innovative finance projects, develop cases for change, and design transformation roadmaps. Your expertise will guide CFOs in making strategic decisions that yield long-term value. You'll manage multiple processes and projects, ensuring quality and risk management, while driving continuous improvement. Your role will involve:
Lead and manage finance transformation projects with a focus on Order to Cash processes.
Analyze and redesign Order to Cash processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Implement and optimize Order to Cash systems, including High Radius and SAP OTC functions (SD and FSCM).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Order to Cash processes with other business functions.
Offer strategic guidance and thought leadership on best practices and emerging trends in Order to Cash processes.
Finance strategy development
Finance operating model design
Finance processes improvement
Shared services and global business services design and implementation
Leading workstream delivery and managing project statuses
Finding opportunities for added services and leading specific RFP responses
Managing engagement economics, resource allocation, and budget plans
Travel is required as necessary to meet client needs, with daily interactions and active participation in client working sessions.

To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor's degree is required andapproximately 8 years of related work experience; or a master's degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience
Approximately 8 years of experience in providing consulting services in the finance function focused in at least one of the following areas: finance operating model design, performance management, shared services design and implementations, outsourcing consulting
Proven experience with Order to Cash process transformation and systems such as High Radius and SAP OTC functions (SD and FSCM).
Experience in managing large-scale Finance Transformation and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations preferred
or
Oil & Gas Industry experience with robust finance operations expertise
Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development
Willingness to travel to meet client obligations
Technical Skills: Business case development, digital strategy, finance compliance and regulatory awareness
Business Skills: Relationship management, client trust and value building, commercial insight
Ideally, you’ll also have
Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Effective communication and negotiation abilities
Proven experience in change management and driving outcomes
An advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Operations or superior academic achievement in a related field
CPA
Industry Knowledge in Hydrocarbon Accounting
Planning/budgeting/forecasting and reporting/analytics experience

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $148,900 to $340,200. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $178,700 to $386,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
