What You’ll Do
Your day-to-day could include:
- Acting as a trusted advisor for international assignees and client mobility teams
- Delivering virtual briefings, responding to queries, and offering real-time guidance
- Reviewing assignment documentation, compensation packages, and cost projections
- Collaborating across global teams, including offshore delivery hubs
- Managing service delivery timelines and client expectations
- Supporting proposal development and contributing to new business efforts
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Staying up to date with global mobility trends, compliance, and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in assignment cost projection calculations (e.g., COLA)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
- Confident communicator – both written and verbal
- Skilled in building trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in execution
- Proficient in Excel and Word (PowerPoint a plus)
- Curious about international mobility, global business, HR, and tax
- A collaborative team player who also works well independently
