Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience building relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
Experience selling creative solutions within the finance, technology, and telecommunications verticals at executive levels.
Experience with Google Ad solutions, video advertising (e.g., AI-powered performance and video, connected TV)
Ability to develop joint business plans in compound environments, collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for customers and Google.
Understanding of competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
Excellent tactical thinking and systems thinking skills, and the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.
