JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in tax.
Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status) in the state in which the position is located.
Preferred qualifications:
7 years of experience in international tax, with a law firm, accounting firm, or in-house tax department.
Excellent research and project management skills and experience, and ability to develop creative and practical solutions to ambiguous problems with limited legal precedent.
Solid understanding of and experience with the taxation of cross border transactions and sales, including familiarity with CFC regimes and FDII.
Ability to use automation technologies to make data-driven planning decisions more efficiently.
Excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of the Finance organization.
