What we look for

Tax filings, tax processing and tax law are some of the domains we design and build for, so having an interest in those areas would be great. Actual experience and domain knowledge is of course a plus, but certainly not a requirement.

Above all, we value working with people who are driven, curious, skilled, proactive and pleasant to work with. We imagine you bring to the table:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in digital product design, and the portfolio to demonstrate that.

  • A deep understanding of human-centred design that is evident in your work.

  • A passion for exploring, ideating, and developing solutions that, besides addressing people’s needs, are great to look at and interact with.

  • A great sense of empathy to connect deeply with the people who use our products so you can provide them with solutions they look forward to using every day.

  • A knack for making the complex appear simple with your Information Architecture skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills since you will be working with a global interdisciplinary team.

  • Proficiency in designing and prototyping in Figma.

While a bachelor’s degree in related fields such as graphic design, interaction design, human-computer interaction is appreciated, it is not required. Your real-world experience matters more to us.
