• Conduct detailed financial analyses to evaluate trends, impacts, and opportunities.
• Develop compelling narratives to contextualize financial outcomes within business priorities.
Strategic Partnership & Influence:
• Serve as a strategic advisor to business and technology leaders, leveraging financial insights to influence actions and outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships across business units to support strategic updates and financial goals.
• Proactively challenge current processes to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation.
Ad-Hoc Projects & Innovation:
• Support special projects, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to tell the story behind data, diagnose results, and support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and influencing abilities to articulate financial insights and strategies to senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in managing large data sets, conducting variance analyses, and creating executive-ready presentations.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Experience in financial reporting, P&L management, and forecasting.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 2 years’ experience in financial analysis
At least 2 years’ experience with financial modeling
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s Degree in Finance
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
3+ years’ experience in financial analysis
3+ years’ experience with financial modeling
Experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
