Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a significant portion in technical program management, product engineering, or a closely related role focused on silicon product development and manufacturing.
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, yield management, product qualification and semiconductor processing.
- Experience in managing and collaborating with external semiconductor manufacturing partners, including wafer foundries, OSATs (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test), and test houses.
- Ability to lead, influence, and motivate cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
