In this role, you will:
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent and Must have 4+ Years of overall experience
- Hands-on components - class structure design, Workflows, Activities, Transforms, Data Pages, Integration services/connectors, log levels, debugging tools, monitoring tools, reports, etc.,
- Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Should possess Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively across organizational lines and with virtual team members.
- Should have good experience using BIX and other advanced tools/frameworks in Pega
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Agile methodology using Kanban and Scrum.
- Sound knowledge in Pega Gen AI approached and implementations
- JIRA tool that supports tracking and reporting for user stories
Job Expectations:
- Implementing sound process design, creative and clean code, thorough unit testing and high performing implementations.
- Understanding of best development practices that lead to a stable production environment, good knowledge of relevant development and monitoring tools, and the ability to work with project managers and line of business support teams when required
