In this role, you will:

  • Manage a team of specialists in transactional tasks ensuring quality and compliance in securities operations
  • Provide support for being a first point of contact for all delivery tasks and escalations
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
  • Ensure team consistently meets delivery expectations and resolve issues related to reporting, career path and related activities for direct reports
  • Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
  • Lead team to achieve objectives
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for securities operations
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 1+ years of Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree in any course
  • Strong people management and process management experience
  • Preferred background inbrokerage/securities/assetmovement.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Well organized, proactive, constructive and capable to motivate teamwork.
  • Amenable to permanent night shift as early as 9 PM to 11 PM MNL depending on the time zone and follows US holiday schedule
  • Amenable to onsite reporting in Five Neo Building 31st Street BGC Taguig City

Job Expectations:

  • The Securities Operation Associate Manager within the Asset Movement Department of Wells Fargo Advisors manages day to day operations for an operational unit and/ or staff supporting, products, and systems.
  • Under management guidance, supervises nonexempt staff to ensure effective delivery of services and adherence to all U.S. and foreign regulatory compliance procedures.
  • Implements processes to maximize efficiency of operations. Preferably with knowledge of the retail and retirement asset movement including margin trading and collateral account.
  • First point of contact for alldelivery/administrativetasks and escalations. The primary role will be to ensure that the team consistently meets/exceeds delivery expectations.
  • Duties also include implementing new Operating/Control policies, legal and regulatory requirement; safeguards the bank free from operating risks and review the control check-point at each processing workflow; Streamlines daily processing workflow, revises and updates the procedure manuals and prepares reports accurately on a timely basis and lead any projects as required.
  • Reviews data and reports trends to management.
