APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Design and develop Firmware for Apple audio products. Drive individual product features and overall system validation activities at every stage of the Apple product development cycle. Work on schematic-level design and firmware development to system debug, root cause analysis, and corrective action. Define system architecture to implement new product and product features. Design, implement, debug, and test embedded C code running on 8-bit, 16-bit, and 32-bit Microcontroller unit (MCU) for Apple audio products. Support electrical bring-up and debugging of prototype hardware. Work with internal teams and external contract manufacturers to bring products to mass production. Design and integrate code into a shipping product using RTOS embedded development and multithreaded programming. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 - $264,200/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.PAY & BENEFITS: Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
