Your impact
Going forward the role would have the following roles and responsibilities :
- Develop sales and marketing materials – including social media posts and client presentations
- Record and Maintain the Sales and Marketing related information and Salesforce records
- Review the RFP and RFI to prepare a response
- Conduct a Go No Go / Bid No Bid Decision meetings and assist management with the information to take informed decision
- Co-ordinate with the operations team, capture manager, leadership team to get the insights to develop an effective and compelling proposal
- Develop a pricing strategy and the pricing for the proposals
- Support in contract negotiations
- Maintain timely due diligence on the clients
- Co-ordinate with client account managers for client account planning
- Co-ordinate with the global sales operation’s teams for knowledge management, development of capability statements, implement global initiatives .
- Working with cross-functional teams to innovate and develop future-oriented solutions
- Maintaining sales database hygiene, tracking sales performance efficiency and proactive management of forward pipeline
- Building and leading client account teams, developing client account plans, and positively driving a culture of account planning for our focus clients in line with our Jacobs sales process
