Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME): Collaborate with sales account managers to understand client requirements and identify technical gaps. Subject matter expert to assure that all client requirements are met according to product/solution specifications and company policies. Responsible for staying on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.
Solution Development: Design and propose mobile-enterprise solutions that meet the technical specifications and business objectives of clients. Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, and evolving business needs.
Proposal Support: Assist in creating detailed technical proposals and solutions to client requirements, including implementation plans and cost estimates. Work with sales to ensure that Request for Proposals (RFPs) are responded professionally and according to industry standards.
Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings to present technical solutions, address concerns, and build trust with stakeholders. Maintain key clients’ technical relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Project Management: Server as Project Manager for key and major deployments. Provide status reporting of team activities against the department set goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, product planning, internal research, KNOX services; Samsung Enterprise Technical Support) to ensure solutions are feasible and align with organizational capabilities. Work with Product Management and Marketing to help define / refine sales messages and ensure sales packages are developed and messages communicated to sales team. Expect to also engage with Engage with Head Quarter's Solution and Product Planning Team to ensure competitiveness of solutionofferings.

What You’ll Need
8-11 years of experience in pre-sales or technical consulting roles, with relevance on enterprise level platforms and mobile-enterprise solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience working with both public and private sector clients, particularly in understanding their unique technical requirements.
Deep knowledge of mobile-enterprise technologies and their integration into client environments. Experience with equivalent EMM/MDM from VMware, Microsoft, Jamf, Citrix, etc.
Strong understanding of mobile-enterprise technologies and their applications in public and private sectors.
Proficiency in technical documentation, architecture design, and solution proposal writing.
Proven track record of developing and presenting technical solutions to clients in complex sales environments.
Arabic-speaking preferred
