Oversee the selection and preparation of high-quality data for training purposes.
Collect and understand requirements from internal stakeholders in development and testing teams.
Assign tasks and ensure team members complete their work according to defined quality and timeline expectations.
Communicate with several Mobileye departments to identify work opportunities and ensure a steady pipeline of work for the team.
Translate and simplify complicated tasks from R&D level to the team members.
Schedule and manage weekly, quarterly, and annual meetings for your team, tracking key processes such as onboarding, annual reviews, and mandatory training completion.
Act as the primary liaison between Shekel (nonprofit organization Inclusion for People with Disabilities) and Mobileye for recruitment, training, and ongoing support of team members.
Support the hiring process, onboarding, and professional development of new team members.
Adapt to the unique needs of each team member and provide tailored support.
All you need Is:
BA in a related field from a leading institution; MA/MBA is an advantage.
Proven experience in team leadership, preferably in a tech or data-driven environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders, with an emphasis on clear and empathetic communication with neurodiverse team members.
Ability to work effectively with unique employees, providing the necessary guidance and support.
High level of responsibility, patience, and empathy.
Experience in data-related tasks (data collection, annotation, or preparation) is an advantage.
