• Sales Comp Plan Design: Develop, design and implement effective Sales Comp plan frameworks that support company objectives and local practices. Work closely with Executive leadership and stakeholders in HR, Finance, Legal, Sales and Systems to ensure targeted cost effective plans.
• Market Competitive Positioning: Participate in compensation surveys and utilize market and peer group benchmarking to analyze company’s competitive position
• Influence Decisions: Represent area of professional expertise and provide business leadership with ongoing consultation, influence decisions, and identify and resolve critical issues.
• Plan Effectiveness and Analytics: Evaluate plan effectiveness via quantitative analytics and qualitative feedback sessions in order to ensure alignment between business results and company objectives.
• Plan Policies, processes and controls: Develop and reinforce best practice plan policies and controls. Provide guidance, advice, analysis and training of Human Resources departments to ensure proper interpretation and application of compensation policies
• Reward Programs: Design, implement and govern associated reward programs as applicable
• Plan Communications: Develop and deliver comprehensive Sales Comp training and communication to all levels of the Sales team via broadcast calls, webcasts, web portal updates, brown bags and documentation.
