As the Coss Solution Area Partner Solution Architect, you will guide your partners' technology strategies, encouraging the creation of innovative business solutions to meet customer needs. Your responsibilities as the Partner Technology Strategist will include influencing the partner’s cloud strategy, leading cloud transformation, fostering innovation, building relationships, andtechnical guidance as a trusted advisor. By doing so, you will empower our partners to deliver exceptional ROI (return on investment) to their customers while driving business growth and innovation.

Required Qualifications(RQs)

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 4+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, product development, or related technical/sales experience OR
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, BusinessorrelatedfieldAND 6+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, product development, or related technical/sales experience
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • 8-12+ years of related experience in technologyIP

Responsibilities
  • Cloud Strategy Alignment– You will serve as the technical owner of our partners' business solutions, collaborating closely with stakeholders to align their technology roadmap with Microsoft's cloud offerings. This includes understanding partners' businessobjectives,providingstrategic guidance, and helping themleveragethe full potential of the Microsoft cloud to achieve their goals.
  • Cloud Transformation Leadership– You will lead our partners through the complex process of cloud transformation, adopting a Technical Sales Challenger mindset to challenge conventional thinking. You will champion the adoption ofinnovative cloud technologies, accelerate time to market, andidentifynew business opportunities that drive our partners' success.
  • Innovation and Tech Intensity– You will embrace a culture of innovation and inspire our partners to adopt a tech-intensive mindset. Stay at the forefront of emerging cloud technologies, industry trends, and best practices. By providing thought leadership and encouraging experimentation, you will help our partners differentiate themselves in the market and drive transformativechange.
  • RelationshipBuilding- You will cultivate strong relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor toCTOs (Chief Technology Officers), executives, and technical teams. Foster collaboration, trust, and open communication channels to ensure seamless alignment between our partners and Microsoft. Bydriving joint success and achieving shared businessobjectives, you willestablishlong-lasting partnerships.
  • Leadership and Innovation– You willdemonstrateleadership capabilities, driving business growth, fostering innovation, and navigating complex organizational landscapes. Passion for exploring emerging cloud technologies and driving transformative change. Ability to drive decisions collaboratively, resolve conflicts, and ensure follow-through.
  • TrustedAdvisor – With your proventrack record,you will providestrategic technology guidance and advisory services to partners (preferred) or customers. Ability to align technology solutions with business goals, develop technology roadmaps, and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Strategy Formulation and Communication Skills– With your proven ability in strategy formulation, witha strong understanding of business strategies, you willlead the adoption of technologies by developing strategic, long-term visions for partners. Skilled in resolving technical blockers and drivingenvisioning ofnew and groundbreaking capabilities in technology roadmaps. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
