In this role, you will…
  • Be the trusted business partner of the sales and commercial team
  • Build, automate and maintain various KPI reports using PowerBI, Salesforce and Excel
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage multiple data sources and deliver BI tools and ongoing process improvement.
  • Execute and continuously improve the financial operating model to deliver relevant, compliant, accurate and timely financial information in an efficient manner
  • Ensure company compliance with financial reporting and control requirements through relevant and up to date policies and controls
  • Ownership of the Financial Planning Process, including forecasting and budgeting
  • Participate in accounting closing processes, support monthly/quarterly closing FP&A review,
  • Provide financial analysis, business support, and insight on various project financials and performance against the business case
  • Take ownership of data, analytics and reporting to support business in building growth strategies
  • Share insights and interpretation of trends and identify potential impacts to the business
  • Collection, analysis and solution-based application of competitive market data.
  • Analyze and track reports for sales team territory performance results in conjunction with other reports within the sales organization
  • Maximise CRM and BI Dashboard adoption rate from field force, ensuring features are used properly and data is captured correctly, providing support and assistance, and training to the PDMs on proper use of the tools
  • Mentoring and coaching junior members of the team
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
In this role, you’ll need …
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong commercial experience, approximately 3 – 5 years as a financial analyst
  • Can do attitude – identify issues and provide solutions
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence key stakeholders
  • A strong understanding of technology and business systems strategically and operationally
  • Strong experience in financial modelling using PowerBI, Salesforce, SQL and Excel are a must
  • Experience in using large ERP system – SAP / BI analytics experience will be an advantage·
  • Qualified CA / CPA with tertiary qualification
