Key job responsibilities
· Retrieving and analyzing large sets of data using Excel, SQL, and other data management systems.
· Develop and/or understand performance metrics to assist with driving business results.
· Monitor existing metrics, building new metrics, and partnering with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.
· Escalate problems or variance in the information and data to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered.
· Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed.

- Experience with SQL
- Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- 1+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent experience
- High school or equivalent diploma

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics field
- Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
- Fluency in a modeling language such as Python or R
- Experience with statistical analysis, co-relation analysis
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written as one may be required to create a narrative outlining weekly findings and the variances to goals, and present these finding in a review forum.
