Minimum qualifications:

- 5 years of experience as a Component, Quality, Reliability, or Product Engineer in interconnect or copper cable commodities.
- Ability to travel as required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience as a Component, Quality, Reliability, or Product Engineer in interconnect (e.g., copper cables and connectors) commodities.
- Ability to work in a changing environment.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
