Bachelor's degree or higher in library science, education, linguistics, history, or a related discipline.
7 years of experience in managing partnerships, collaborations, or external relations, coordinating technology-driven projects, workflows, and systems.
Ability to travel up to 10-20% of the time as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events, etc.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in negotiating agreements or managing relationships, preferably in a library, archive, museum, or academic setting.
Experience working with digital asset management systems and library metadata.
Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally, while building strong, strategic stakeholder relationship.
Excellent people management, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
