- Support the transformation of strategic plans into actionable programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and vision

- Contribute to risk mitigation efforts, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions to ensure project success
- Create outstanding visual and verbal stories to help articulate this journey at all levels of the organization, including securing approval from senior leaders and communicating new processes to operations teams
- Manage your own book of work and ensure you meet project deadlines
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proven skills in managing or leading projects or initiatives from idea to execution
- Demonstrated ability to transform strategic plans into programs and projects, including initiating, planning, executing, and monitoring
- Proven experience in data analytics, with the ability to develop and interpret models to offer continuous insight
- Proficiency in using software applications, digital platforms, and other technological tools to solve problems and improve processes.
- Experience in fostering cross-functional collaboration and building diverse teams with varied experiences, skills, and backgrounds.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to succinctly communicate complex issues to audiences at all levels
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with our Intelligent Automation toolkit: Alteryx, Tableau, Xceptor, UiPath
- Capability of presenting to an ED level audience

- A strong knowledge of Fund Accounting
- A track record of delivering projects making use of Alteryx and Tableau or similar citizen developer tools
