What you'll do

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented working student (f/m/d) to join our Product Security Patch Quality Assurance Team. You will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations, including but not limited to:

• Interest and knowledge to work on the implementation of AI interactive chatbot as well as standardizing the Product Security technical documentations for SAP developers.
• Helping in the maintenance and improvement of processes, documentation, and communication materials, to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Providing operational support by monitoring key metrics, generating reports, and coordinating meetings

Contributing to the continuous improvement of Processes by identifying areas for optimization and suggesting enhancements to the processes and tools used.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office, strong understanding of technology and software tools
• Language skills: Fluent in English, German as a plus
• Soft skills: Excellent organizational skills, ability to work in a team, creative problem solver, strong attention to detail
• Others: Previous work experience in a similar field or role is a plus, strong interest in cybersecurity
