Responsibilities:
Support the development, execution & in-market management of affiliate media plans aligned & prioritized against business objectives
Drive testing strategies to inform partners selection, creative, & landing page optimization that engage consumers & drive business results
Build and manage relationships with publishing partners to help negotiate costs and unlock new testing opportunities
Support affiliate channel bi-annual planning process; validate and provide input into briefing and ensure tactical pull through
Introduce new opportunities to drive business growth in an efficient & profitable manner, identify and scope out new partner opportunities
Stay up to date with industry trends; recommend new opportunities to drive innovation while remaining compliant with the changing legal and regulatory environment
Partner with creative and site teams on ad copy & landing page development in response to approved channel strategies and in support of the broader digital agenda
Partner cross-functionally with analytics, data science, ad tech, creative, product, legal, and compliance teams to gain buy-in and drive results.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 3 years of experience in affiliate management
At least 2 years of experience in planning, execution, and analysis of paid digital programs
At least 2 years of experience managing budgets
Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years experience in affiliate management
3+ years of agency or agency management experience
2+ years of marketing experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry
2+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment with a track record of effectively working autonomously & navigating ambiguity
