The Administrative Project Coordinator will be responsible for the management of projects from point of booking to financial completion, owning the back-office processes of the project coordination tasks.
Key Requirements:
To ensure data consistency on ERP and CRM databases. This includes accuracy of information and the ability to design data input in a way that is easy to recover, display and analyse.
To coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that system commissioning, installations and other technical interventions are done in a timely and effective manner.
To support cost monitoring in projects.
To guarantee the operational efficiency of the department through the management of administrative formalities with the client.
To provide relevant data to Country Managers for them to build an accurate sales forecast.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Native or C2 level of French and intermediate/high level of English. Local language is Spanish.
Proficiency on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Navision.
Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel proficiency will be an asset.
Driver's license
