THE ROLE:
You will work closely with the customer's landscape owners and plan, coordinate and (in some cases) execute technical changes for their mission-critical landscapes.
You will also collaborate closely with our delivery teams to ensure all service requests are executed by the delivery organization as requested and when requested.
Continuous improvement is very important to us, therefore you will be expected to contribute or lead internal improvment projects that increase process stability/resilience, efficiency and quality.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a Senior Technical Landscape Owner (TLO), you will:

  • work closely with the customer's landscape owners and plan, coordinate and perform technical changes for their mission-critical landscapes.

  • collaborate closely with the delivery teams to ensure correct service request execution.

  • support internal improvement projects that increase customer satisfaction, process stability/resilience, efficiency and quality.

  • support the Head of Technical Service Management and other teams optimizing processes and improving the end-user experience.

  • take a leading role during customer escalations in the creation and execution of de-escalation plans, together with specialists from other teams.

  • Become the customer’s trusted technical advisor and support delivery teams to drive root cause analysis

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP system administration tools

  • Solid experience with Installations, migrations, upgrades and complex SAP environments.

  • Good knowledge of the entire SAP technology stack: NetWeaver, DB, OS

  • Experience with hyperscalers (Azure / AWS).

  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal

  • Can-do attitude, customer first and collaborative mindset

  • Capacity to continuously acquire new knowledge in an independent, proactive way

  • Strong focus on quality, customer success and driven by results

  • Analytical and solution-oriented thinking

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7+ years in customer facing and technical roles

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Management, or related field.

  • Expert in industry and standards and methodologies for operations (ITIL v3, CCoE, ITSM, TCO and E2E Operations / Run SAP, ALM) – certifications in any of these topics are a big plus
