Marketing strategy formulation:
- Define and lead the EMEA Modern PCI product portfolio strategy
- Prioritize new business opportunities that support franchise growth, profitability, and innovation
- Collaborate with divisional and global marketing teams to align on portfolio development and new product opportunities
- Lead market analysis initiatives (e.g., research, competitive intelligence, customer insights) to inform strategy
- Support the development of advisory boards to gather insights from key customers and thought leaders
- Create data-driven recommendations for product development, pipeline investment, and launch strategies
- Contribute to reimbursement and therapy adoption strategies across the region
- Provide strategic direction for communications, education, and event planning
Marketing strategy implementation:
- Develop and manage EMEA franchise strategic plans aligned with divisional goals
- Collaborate with country managers to review and align local execution plans
- Coordinate with sales and cross-functional teams to drive implementation
- Guide positioning, messaging, and objection-handling strategies for both new and existing products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to inform market direction
Planning and management:
- Monitor performance and provide recommendations to optimize impact
- Lead annual franchise budget planning and revenue forecasting
- Oversee product launch plans, supply chain coordination, forecasting, and reporting
Product and market alignment:
- Ensure product development initiatives are market-relevant and clinically impactful
- Approve market assessments and participate in prioritization decisions for portfolio investment
Stakeholder management and collaboration:
- Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate across EMEA and global teams, including Sales, HEMA, Medical Affairs, Global Marketing, and Commercial Excellence
- Seek opportunities for partnerships that align with our purpose and growth goals
Quality:
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Champion a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement
What are we looking for in you?
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or equivalent required.
- A 7-10+ years of product management experience considered an asset, preferably gained in the Medical Device industry
- Fluency in English required and an additional European language preferred
- Demonstrates strengths in strategic thinking & business acumen
- At ease in a clinical selling environment.
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
- Team player with ability to gain support of colleagues.
- Proven ability to work in a matrixed organization and confidence to lead and influence across multiple organizations/stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and with great initiative & attitude.
